Your down payment today of $787.50 ($750.00 + GST) confirms your enrollment in the masterclass starting Jan 15, 2026. The balance of $2,362.50 ($2,250.00 + GST) will be due Jan 2, 2026. Failure to pay the balance payment by the due date will result in non-enrollment in the course and forfeiture of your down payment.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation & General Policies Booking & Payment Your place in the Mastermind is confirmed once payment is received. A non-refundable deposit of CA$750 + GST is required at the time of booking to secure your spot. The remaining balance must be paid in full before the program start date, unless otherwise stated. All prices are in Canadian dollars and subject to GST. Payment plans (if offered) must be completed on schedule. Missed or late payments may result in loss of access to the program without refund. Cancellations & Refunds The deposit is non-refundable under all circumstances. If you cancel 14 days or more before the start date, the remaining balance (excluding the deposit) will be refunded. If you cancel within 14 days of the start date, no refund will be provided. Once the program has begun, there are no refunds for missed sessions or withdrawal. You may request to transfer your spot to a future cohort or another participant up to 14 days before the start date, subject to approval and availability. If the program is cancelled by Brenda Brix Consulting, you will receive a full refund of all fees paid. No additional compensation will be provided for travel or other expenses. No specific business, financial, or income results are guaranteed. Brenda Brix Consulting and its representatives are not responsible for any loss, injury, or damage arising from participation in the program. Liability is limited to the total amount paid for your registration. Privacy Personal information collected during registration (such as your name, email, and payment details) is used solely for program administration, communications, and billing. Your information is handled in accordance with Alberta privacy laws and will never be sold or shared without consent. Participants may appear in group photos, testimonials, or session recordings used for promotional purposes unless they request in writing not to be included Mastermind participation requires commitment and active engagement. You agree to attend sessions, complete assignments, and maintain a respectful, supportive environment for all participants.
